You've seen it. That small mustard yellow leather tag, worn at the edges, stamped with a single word. It's not an accent. It's not decoration.
It's a statement.
What it is
The original Support Tag. Hand cut from leather, hand stamped, hand dyed mustard yellow. The same way it was made in an attic in 2011. The same way it's made today.
Stamped into every tag is a Riveter Number — the unique mark of the military spouse who made it. When you carry it, you carry her work, her story, and her service to this community.
Why yellow
You know the yellow ribbon tied around a tree in a front yard. The one that means someone is deployed. The one that says: we are waiting, we have not forgotten.
We chose that yellow on purpose.
Not the bright yellow of the first week. The yellow it becomes after weeks of weather — softened at the edges, still visible. Because it's not the first week of deployment when a military spouse needs your support. It's the weeks and months deep into the tour.
That's the color we stamped on every bag. That's the color we're still stamping today.

- Free Domestic Shipping: On orders over $199 (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).

- Standard Flat Rate/Economy: $9.99
- UPS 2-Day Air: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Lakeland, FL.
- Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.
- Note: UPS does not mail out on Sundays.
Shipping Method
- Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
- If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
- Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
- Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
