Returns and Exchanges

R.Riveter Return and Exchange Policy 

At R.Riveter, we are happy to return or exchange any R.Riveter Handbag or Accessories within 30 days of receiving your item. The customer must show proof of purchase (the order number and the zip code). Items must be returned in the original condition to qualify for a refund. We will apply the refund to the original form of payment.  

 

  1. Have your order number and zip code ready.
  2. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
  3. You can print your return label or show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have the label printed for you. (The QR code is provided via email once you request your return authorization.)
  4. Take your return to any of the 32,000 US United States Postal Service drop-off locations.
  5. Look for updates, as we will keep you informed so you can easily track your exchange or your return and refund progress.
