Limited Warranty for R. Riveter™
Every R. Riveter product includes a component made by a military spouse and stamped with her unique Riveter number, connecting each piece to the hands that helped build it. R. Riveter products are designed for years of everyday use and are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
R. Riveter stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its handbags and accessories. Our products are built for durability and everyday use, and each item is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
R. Riveter warrants that its handbags and accessories purchased from rriveter.com or an authorized retailer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase required.
If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the one-year warranty period, R. Riveter will, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable item at no charge.
This Limited Warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or normal wear and tear that occurs through regular use over time.
Because many R. Riveter products incorporate upcycled military materials and limited-edition fabrics, variations in appearance are part of the character of the product. Warranty repairs are not available for the upcycled military material portion of the product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to R. Riveter for warranty evaluation and service.
If the original product or materials are no longer available, R. Riveter reserves the right to repair the item using comparable materials or replace it with a product of equal or greater value.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, or secondhand marketplaces are not covered under this warranty.
