Inspiration Behind the Name:

The Jane is named after the iconic English novelist Jane Austen, who penned classics like Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, and Emma in the 1800s. Born in Hampshire in 1775, Jane grew up as an avid reader. A rarity for the time, Jane’s father was tolerant of her writing habits and provided her with expensive paper and other materials.  

In line with the cultural norms at the time, Jane published her many novels anonymously. Today she is praised for her interpretation, critique, and comment upon society. We’re honoring Jane for following her passion in spite of social ideals and cultural expectations and paving the way for generations of female authors.

• UPS 2-Day Air: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Lakeland, FL.
• Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.
• Note: UPS does not mail out on Sundays.

Shipping Method

• Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
• Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
• Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
