Inspiration Behind the Name:
The Ida Mini is named after Ida Cook, an English romance novelist whose courage extended far beyond the pages she wrote.

During World War II, Ida and her sister, Mary Louise Cook, used the proceeds from her writing to help 29 Jewish people escape Nazi Germany. Under the guise of attending opera performances, the sisters repeatedly traveled to Germany, arranging safe passage for refugees at tremendous personal risk. Though some believe they also worked with British intelligence, their greatest legacy is the lives they helped save.

The Ida Mini honors Ida Cook's extraordinary compassion, quiet bravery, and unwavering commitment to helping others—qualities that continue to inspire us today.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Lakeland, FL.
• Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.
• Note: UPS does not mail out on Sundays.

Shipping Method

• Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
• Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
• Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
