I, _____________________________, release the personal material noted above to R.Riveter to be used in the manufacturing of an R.Riveter Handbag.  I understand that the material will be disassembled and/or cut in order to be constructed in the requested handbag style. I acknowledge when manufacturing a product out of recycled materials, that the end product will vary. I understand that I may not return the custom Heirloom handbag. I have reviewed the information above, and verify that it is correct and has been checked for accuracy.
