Inspiration Behind the Name:
The Willow is named in tribute to Willow Run — one of the most recognized production plants of World War II, where thousands of women, known as “Rosies,” stepped forward to build aircraft and support the war effort.

It wasn’t just the work they did — it was how they did it. Day after day, they showed up, adapted, and carried the weight of what needed to be done.

The name Willow reflects that same spirit. Like the tree — strong yet flexible — it represents resilience, movement, and the ability to carry more than expected. It’s a quiet strength. The kind you rely on every day.

How to Clean a Canvas Bag:
When spot cleaning the canvas, we suggest using a brush or sponge with water only to wipe it off soiled area. We do not recommend using anything other than water as it could discolor canvas material.  

How to Care for Leather: 
We love using real genuine leather in our handbags because they just get better with age. If you happen to get scratches or water marks, you can usually get the bag looking new again with just a little maintenance. Please click here to read about how to care for your genuine leather.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated by weight and location.
  • Free Domestic Shipping: On orders over $199 (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
  • Shipping Options:
    • Standard Flat Rate/Economy: $9.99
    • UPS 2-Day Air: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Lakeland, FL.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.
  • Note: UPS does not mail out on Sundays.

Shipping Method

  • Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
  • Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
  • Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
