Suede Care Suggestions:
Before wearing, treat your item with a suede protector spray to help guard against water and stains. Suede is sensitive to moisture, so if it gets wet, blot gently with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally—avoid heat or direct sunlight. For tougher marks, a suede eraser or a light application of white vinegar or rubbing alcohol can help (always test in a hidden spot first). Shipping Method

• Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
• Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
• Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
