Each pendant is handcrafted to preserve your story, creating a one-of-a-kind heirloom you’ll cherish forever.

How It Works

1. Clean Your Materials – Please ensure your item is laundered or cleaned before sending.

2. Pick Your Product – Select the Heirloom handbag and Jewelry piece you’d like us to create.

3. Choose Your Materials – Decide which fabric or item you’d like incorporated.

4. Add Additional Styles – Order multiple pieces if you’d like more keepsakes made from the same material.

5. Mail in Your Materials – Follow the instructions at checkout to ship your materials to us.

Timeline

Ensuring quality craftsmanship takes time. Our current shipping window is approximately 6–10 weeks from the time we receive your materials until your heirloom is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Information

• Shipping Costs: Calculated by weight and location.
• Free Domestic Shipping: On orders over $199 (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
• Shipping Options:
• Standard Flat Rate/Economy: $9.99
• UPS 2-Day Air: Rate calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Wauchula,FL.
• Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.

Shipping Method

• Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
• Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
• Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
