A typical day in the work life:

I get my kids settled in for “quiet time” in their rooms and get to work in our bonus room. I cut my pieces on a folding table, and sew them while looking out a window. All while listening to music or podcasts. It’s wonderful!

I have been loving The Gypsy Kings lately!

My key fob! I love the hook so much, and it’s saved me from losing it in my Otto (which I love just as much)!

I gave a friend a Hope Design Ltd.’s Army button necklace, and she absolutely loved it. It will be my Army gal pal gift from now on!

First Job:

My first paying job was being a babysitter to 3 kids when I was 12! Now I’m a parent and can barely handle my own 2 kids, Ha!

Growing up you wanted to be:

An Egyptologist

What advice would you give your younger self?

Enjoy having time to do what you want with no strings attached! Nap as much as you can! Read more books! Go do more things!

It is so warm and welcoming even though we are all spread out. Advice is just a text away.

What are you "in it" for? 

I love the whole premise of this company! I love being part of an organization that embraces the nomadic military lifestyle, and gives us an opportunity to contribute to our family’s income during a time in our lives that makes it hard to balance moving, careers, and family life. Most of all, I love
playing a small role in making products that are so useful, durable, and stylish that will bring joy to someone everytime they use it!
