I’m a personal trainer at Burn Boot Camp! We offer both in person classes and online via Zoom! If I could offer one piece of advice to keep those health and fitness goals, is to start small!
My Advice: Make any resolution or intention attainable. Then realize consistency is key! Keep showing up for you & your health. Find a workout buddy to hold you accountable. Find movement that you love and it will motivate you to come back to it time & time again. But most of all, love yourself & always allow room for grace. After all, no one is perfect but we sure can work to become a better version of ourself!
