What is S&D?

These products are fully functional and ready to be loved. The blemishes that keep us from selling these products as new may include uneven topstitching or scratches on the leather or canvas. All zippers, pockets, and straps are completely usable.

What are S&D items?

These are items that have been returned or have minor blemishes that prevent us from selling them as new items.

Can I use a discount code on S&D items?

All products are marked down sitewide or collection-wide. No additional discounts may be combined, including but not limited to: Rosie Bucks, Employee Discounts, Rosie Rewards Points.

Does the RR lifetime warranty cover S&D items?

These items do not qualify for the lifetime R.Riveter warranty and cannot be returned online or in store.

Will the S&D sale sell out?

This event will sell out. We suggest shopping the event as soon as it goes live if you’re hoping to purchase! The best way to know when it is live is by signing up for texts. SIGN UP HERE

Can I return a product from Scratch and Dent?

Unfortunately all Scratch and Dent purchases are final sale. 

 

Where do you ship to?
We ship orders domestically, internationally, and to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped (sent) via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery and cannot be expedited.


How long will my order take?
Products typically leave our facility within 3-7 business days. Please note: due to COVID-19, there could be a slight delay in your shipping times.
All items will ship from our facility in Florida.
