What advice would you give your younger self?

No advice - Just lessons learned! Maybe go out and learn more, try more, risk more, do more. It hasn't failed me yet.

Best thing about the R.Riveter Community?

Empowerment in the purest form. A great team of people help push, guide and mentor each other through the world we all live in. We break boundaries and form bonds.

What are you "in it" for?

Everytime we extend a hand to a new team member and change all of our lives for the better. In my opinion - that's what its all about. Proving that you can do anything you put your mind to is also pretty motivating!

I am thankful for my supportive husband + two sweet babies... and every single one of our remote riveters. Starting a small business is never the easiest path, but it is our Military Spouses that make it worth it every day. We have learned to embrace each other as a family would, and I know that together we can achieve the unthinkable.
