R. Riveter is more than willing to stand behind our products. If you receive your order and you are unhappy with your product due to a detail that we missed, please contact us and we will gladly have the bag mailed back on R. Riveter and tended to for the lifetime of the bag. Depending on the issue, a simple fix may be put in place or a replacement will be sent in extreme circumstances. Sometimes you get a bag that just doesn't quite fit your idea of what you wanted. No problem, this happens to everyone. If you decided this in not the perfect bag for you, R. Riveter would love the chance to try again. If it is a custom order, please return the bag to R. Riveter within 30 days and you will receive store credit, minus $10 for the shipment of your new order.  If you are not interested in an exchange, a refund can be issued within 30 days of product shipment.
