When spot cleaning the canvas, we suggest using a brush or sponge with water only to wipe it off soiled area. We do not recommend using anything other than water as it could discolor canvas material.

Returns and Exchanges

If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
