BenShot is father and son team based in Wisconsin. Everything they make is their own unique designs and handmade in the USA.
Their glass shop started out as re-purposed furniture factory formerly owned by Thomas Edison in rural Wisconsin. The vintage work space and north woods surroundings provide a unique glass working environment resulting in truly extraordinary glassware. Giving back to our community is important to the team at BenShot. To date, we have donated to more than 800 non-profit organizations across the country, giving us the opportunity to support military veterans, first responders, law enforcement officers, and mental health causes.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from Wauchula,FL.
• Note: Processing time is separate from Carrier speed. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier and choice of customer at check out.

Shipping Method

• Flat Rate will ship via USPS or UPS based on your selection. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, choose Standard Flat Rate for USPS shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your bag isn’t the right fit, return it within 30 days for a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
• Items must be in like-new condition with tags attached.
• Submit return requests through our Return Portal.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. After 30 days, items may be returned for manufacturing repair.
